I have just returned from an excellent stay in this brand-new hotel, reasonably large rooms. The location is marvellous and decent and personnel is outstandingly accommodating. It's in a nice building in the very attractive area. It is reasonably priced.

This accommodation is lovely with a beautiful setting, very close to great restaurants, convenient stores, and coffee shops.

The breakfast included a nice variety with waffles and other affordable options.

The room with a whirlpool was nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The service was exceptional. The room was fairly quiet and impressive, with a whirlpool and a writing desk. The pool area was good. The location was marvelous, near a great restaurant across the street, with easy parking.

Great views from the room, awesome breakfast choices including tasty orange juice and top-notch coffee. 👌 The location couldn't be better, and there's a fantastic restaurant on site.

The place is in a great location near a business area, and the staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive, always smiling.

We really enjoyed the comforts of this hip new hotel. The room was recently renovated and nicely furnished, plus the bed was very comfy. Super friendly and incredibly helpful staff offered us wake-up service and ironing. Absolutely perfect and excellent location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. Everything was very good and within a 22-minute drive of Des Moines International Airport.

The location here is great and convenient, close to a variety of restaurants including Burger King, Wendy's, and Cracker Barrel, as well as the center of the West Des Moines area.

The location great and decent easy to access right off Interstate 35 with nice restaurants nearby. The rooms with comfortable bed, a jetted tub, a jacuzzi.

Had a really great stay on vacation. The staff was nice and courteous all the time. The rooms were impressive, quiet, complete with a mini kitchen and a comfy bed. The food we had was reasonably priced and delicious. Des Moines International airport was not so far, a 22-minute drive away.

The hotel was well priced and fairly clean. The rooms were neat and impressive, included coffee, a couch, and a whirlpool. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was large. I liked my stay, it was great.

As party people, we loved the convenient location with plenty of restaurants nearby, ideal for grabbing a bite late at night. The well-lit and safe parking area was a big plus for us. The indoor pool provided hours of fun and entertainment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. We also appreciated the hot coffee and hot water available in the lobby.

Felt comfortable throughout our stay, no reason to complain.
